As a mobile service we would like to explain how our booking system works

we aim to be as economically friendly as we can when traveling avoiding any un-necessary miles, this means we do not allot time slots to our bookings and are unable to meet requests for specific times we plot the most optimum route for the day then provide an ETA window to customers closer to the date of appointments we will do our best to meet AM/PM preference's but this will depend on route on the day.

All Booking enquiries are made via website BOOK NOW button, this will redirect you to our bookings page where you can select a date when our technician is available,you can then book the service you require please be aware that payment in full will be required upon booking unfortunately due to missed appointments we have had to change the way we manage our bookings if cancellation is needed and made with 48hrs notice a full refund will be issued , cancellations made after the 48 hr period has passed will be refunded the cost of the service booked and we will retain the call out fee as we will not be able to refill the service slot in that timeframe.
