A Bronze service is basic maintenance service which consists of  a check and tune-up its a great way to keep your bike in good working order recommended every 3-6 months depending on usage

* General inspection of overall bike

* Drive chain lubricated 

* All Cables Lubricated

* Brake Adjusted and Aligned 

* Gear Adjusted and Aligned

* Basic Wheel True

* Tyre inspected Pressure Checked

* Any minor issues highlighted during the service will be repaired

* Any major issues highlighted during the service  will be discussed further with        the customer

average service time 30 minutes 

( when booking a bronze service you will be allotted 30 minutes from arrival at your location  if the works needed exceed the allotted time extra charges may occur )

A Silver service is a more in-depth service perfect for bikes that have not been used in a while or have not received regular services

* General inspection of overall bike

* Brake Adjusted & Aligned new galvanised steel inner cable if required

* Gear Adjusted & Aligned new galvanised steel inner cable if required

* Outer Cables Lubricated

* Drive train Degreased, lubricated, and inspected

* Wheels trued  

* Tyre inspected  Pressure Checked & checked for wear

* Any minor issues highlighted during the service will be addressed within the allocated service time

* Any major issues highlighted during the service  will be discussed further with        the customer

Additional extras 

* hydraulic brake can be re bled at an additional £10

* upgrade to stainless steel cable for additional £5 per cable

* outer cables available at £10 per metre 

average service time 60 minutes 

* additional costs may occur for E-bikes and internally routed Frames

( when booking a silver service you will be allotted 60 minutes from arrival at your location  if the works needed exceed the allotted time extra charges may occur )

Includes collection and return  within free 10 mile radius*

A Gold Service is recommended annually as a great way to ensure your cycle is in peak condition. this service is good for preventing components seizing in place and gives  reassurance that a full complete service of the cycle and all components  has been undertaken .

* The bike will be fully stripped down and all component parts will be cleaned, inspected-lubricated, and refit 

 *All inner cables will be replaced with Standard cables Higher quality cables available upon request for additional charge) 

 * Hydraulic brakes re bled if necessary pads removed and inspected

* Hubs  and Free Hub Body stripped and serviced where applicable

* Bottom Bracket removed and inspected

* Headset stripped and inspected

* Wheels Trued

 Any additional cost will be discussed before work is carried out.

This service is completed at our workshop , your cycle will be collected and returned upon completion . Turnaround time on this service can be discussed upon booking .
